Our Services
Benefits of Membership:
Integrated Wellness is a concierge-based mental health and wellness practice. Our initial consultation costs $450 for adults and $650 for children and adolescents. Additionally, there is a monthly fee of $150. This type of plan offers many benefits including:
Patients can contact their provider directly through phone, text, email, or a patient portal.
Established patients have the option to schedule appointments for the same or next day, available Monday through Friday.
Emergency online appointments can be arranged for the same day, including weekends.
We ensure prompt responses to phone calls, texts, emails, and prescription refill requests, on the same day.
Services we provide include:
Medication management, including scheduled prescription refills and changes.
Lab ordering, interpretation, and review with the patient.
Referrals to other providers as necessary.
Completion of school forms, accommodation letters, and support animal forms.
Initial Consultation:
Our monthly follow-up plan costs $150 and includes all in-office and telemedicine visits for continuous treatment planning and monitoring. The benefits of this plan include:
30-minute follow-up telehealth appointments for medication management and supportive therapy.
Lab ordering.
Wellness Care: Ongoing support and coaching for a healthy lifestyle.
To monitor progress and refill medications, follow-up visits are typically required every month until the patient stabilizes. Once medications are found to be effective and no dose adjustments are needed, follow-up visits are generally scheduled every three months.
If you choose to opt out of paying a monthly fee, follow-up visits cost $225 and include:
Medication adjustments.
Lab ordering.
Referrals, when necessary.
Please be aware that refills for controlled substances require monthly follow-up visits.
Follow-up Care:
Our consultations begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation conducted by our provider. During this evaluation, we will discuss your symptoms, develop possible diagnoses or treatment plans, and assess how well our services align with your needs. Establishing a treatment relationship after the initial visit is not guaranteed; it relies on a mutual agreement regarding the suitability of ongoing treatment.
Evaluations are conducted virtually for patients located in Florida, New Mexico, or Colorado.
Pricing:
Adults (18 years and older): $450 for 60 minutes
Children & Adolescents (17 years and younger): $650 for 90 minutes
